dat de Business Premium-subsidie wordt stopgezet. Deze subsidie stelde in aanmerking komende non-profitorganisaties in staat om gratis toegang te krijgen tot premiumfuncties zoals Office-apps, Intune en geavanceerde beveiligingstools. Hierdoor overwegen veel organisaties nu Business Basic als alternatief.<br \/><br \/>Opmerking: als uw organisatie besluit Microsoft 365 Business Premium te blijven gebruiken, kunt u tot 75% korting krijgen via het non-profitprijsmodel van Microsoft. Dit kan een uitstekende optie zijn als u nog steeds toegang nodig heeft tot geavanceerde functies.<\/p>\n<h3>Hoe overstappen van Business Premium naar Business Basic<\/h3>\n<p>Hier vindt u een stapsgewijze handleiding om u te helpen bij deze overgang.<\/p>\n<h4>Stap 1: Evalueer uw huidige gebruik<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Identificeer gebruikers die geen desktop-apps of geavanceerde beveiligingsfuncties nodig hebben.<\/li>\n<li>Gebruik het Microsoft 365-beheercentrum om licentietoewijzingen en gebruikspatronen te bekijken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Stap 2: Business Basic-licenties aanschaffen<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ga naar het Microsoft 365-beheercentrum &gt; Facturering &gt; Diensten aanschaffen.<\/li>\n<li>Selecteer \u2018Details\u2019 naast Microsoft 365 Business Basic en koop het benodigde aantal licenties. Belangrijk: hoewel het proces \u2018aankoop\u2019 vermeldt, ontvangen in aanmerking komende non-profitorganisaties de eerste 300 Business Basic-licenties gratis.
